  I have been using Valley Bank for 20-plus years wish they would catch up with technology I had to open another bank to do some of this technology stuff intervention will probably have to leave together

  Get ready. Now that Valley Bank and Trust has been brought out by TBK you will immediately notice that they have lost the personal and friendly interaction with their customers that they have had for years. Here is my experience the last two days: New employees are not friendly (even rude), they will NOT help you as before take care of banking needs and services, and you will wait a long time in the lobby to see a teller when there are about 8 available employees sitting around talking. I am very disappointed and will be looking for another bank. This is not customer services as it has been.
