  The staff is great, very friendly, helpful and over al nice. They have little functions for the apartment communtiy which is nice. My apartment is a 3 bedroom, and there is 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 kids ) and i think its perfect for our little family. Parking is good, i haven't had any problems with the neighbors ( have been here for 6 months so far ) I would defiantly recommend. Oh and our favorite is the windows, we have some many windows in our apartment, it heats it up which help with our heating cost :)

  I've been trying to get into Hughes Station since moving back to Colorado in 2013. 4 years later, I'm still told there's a 1 to 2 year waiting list... SOOOO in 4 years with a 1 to 2 year waiting list, WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN CONTACTED when there's an opening??? I've made sure I'm on the 30% and 60% 1 and 2 bedroom apartment waiting list, today, is a total of 6 times!!! For some reason, every time I check in with them (once every 6 months or so) I'm magically not on the list.... it started with "Amanda" who isn't there and today it was someone I've never spoken to before, "Nelly"... my daughter and I are facing homelessness come Monday January 15th 2018. The shelter associated, Almost Home, is full as well.... I'm lost and I've heard nothing but good good about this place, but being a single disabled 42yo mom of an autistic 14yo daughter, completely indigent and solely on SSD, for income.... I feel as if their programs for the low to very low income single moms, just doesn't care or even exist to anyone new who NEEDS HELP and is willing to do all it takes to finally call somewhere home. I'm praying, I placed my name AGAIN on their waiting list... God please send answers cuz in 2 days, my daughter and I will be homeless and I have absolutely no idea where to go or who to ask for help at this point. Ps: I'll be happy to re-review them in the future if the situation changes and I'm actually contacted in the future due to being on the waiting list and finally making it to the top!
